Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully if you need to return your order. Returned products must be received in brand new or unused condition with all labelsor tags intact. We reserve the right to deny an exchange, if it is not received in brand new condition including all labels. All authorised exchanges will become the property of the company.

Return process

1. The customer must contact us by email to get our confirmation and then we will send you all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us.
2. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your order. Return for refund item must be post-marked no later than 7 business days and return for exchange must be no later than 30 business days from the day you received it.
3. Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and exchanged item is issued.

Exchanges

You are allowed to exchange a different size or color, you can contact out customer service with your order ID. Requests for exchanges cannot be honoured after 5 days of delivery. We will exchange the product for the same product or a different product or equal or greater value.

Order Cancellation

If you detect a problem with your order, please notify us immediately and within 48 hours upon receiving your order at vipvirginhair.com . If we made an error with your order, you will receive an exchange, if you meet our returns and exchange policy.

Friendly Notice

1. Customers will cover the cost of returning ordered products and re-shipping exchanged products.
2. Please understand that these policies are necessary for health & safety reasons and we will adhere strictly to them.
3. When a customer enters an incorrect address our shipping carriers  will charge us extra fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable. We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.
